Verizon Man, what is that thing?
And now, a passage from what the U.S. Senate will ignore.
"I later told this story to two fellows who claimed to have been in a Special Operations force and worked as a successful stockbroker respectively. Each said, “Yeah, I fell in that creek too.” Welcome to Goebel-Land where the creek is “natural” and you are “nuts” until you point to a document on their wall that says it is man-made. [Much like U.S.D.O.J. these days]. The 1991 “Five Presidents Photo” at Goebel? This, my friends, is a “special” shot not on the Internet! As I recall, FORD looks bewildered, REAGAN is slightly crouched as if ready to throw a football block, CARTER is smiling a stereotypical big grin and wearing an exact duplicate of a tie I swiped from my late dad, NIXON appears like he was told he’s about to face a late firing squad, and most importantly to “The Family,” H.W. BUSH has about 4 inches of white shirt visible on his left arm. My terse comment was, “They all do it.” A black female at the grocery store put it differently last weekend when she said this near me: “I don’t flash no sign. I ain’t doin’ no hand jive. I’m talking and trying to tell you something!” (On her Apple device that I understand makes phone calls besides take video of me)."

AXIS II POTUS? "No problem"
"The Defendants’ violations of the Constitution and laws of the United States are the product of a culture of disregard in MCSO for Latinos that starts at the top and pervades the organization. MCSO jail employees frequently refer to Latinos as 'wetbacks,' 'Mexican bitches,' and 'stupid Mexicans.' MCSO supervisors involved in immigration enforcement have expressed anti-Latino bias, in one instance widely distributing an email that included a photograph of a Chihuahua dog dressed in swimming gear with the caption 'A Rare Photo of a Mexican Navy Seal'.”
p. 3
"From at least 2006 and continuing through the present, MCSO officers have unlawfully discriminated against Latinos and otherwise violated their constitutional rights through a broad range of police practices, including the following:
a. Unconstitutional and unlawful targeting of Latinos, because of their race, color, or national origin, for pretextual traffic stops during routine
enforcement activity, in connection with purported immigration and human smuggling law enforcement activities, and during purported crime suppression operations (suppression sweeps);
b. Unconstitutional and unlawful detention of Latino drivers and passengers, because of their race, color, or national origin, to determine immigration status, when there is no lawful basis for the detention;
c. Unconstitutional and unlawful searches and seizures of Latinos, because of their race, color, or national origin, during raids of residences suspected of housing undocumented persons; and
d. Unconstitutional and unlawful targeting of Latino workers and illegal detention of Latinos, because of their race, color, or national origin, during worksite raids."
p. 5
"This was evidenced bya 2011 study that assessed the incidence of traffic violations by non-Latino and Latino drivers and compared those data to the rates at which MCSO officers stopped non-Latino and Latino traffic violators.
For example, in the southwest portion of the County, the study found that Latino drivers are almost four times more likely to be stopped by MCSO officers than non-Latino drivers engaged in similar conduct.
In the northwest portion of the County, the study found that Latino drivers are over seven times more likely to be stopped by MCSO officers than non-Latino drivers engaged in similar conduct. Most strikingly, in the northeast portion of the County, the study found that Latino drivers are nearly nine times more likely to be stopped by MCSO officers than non-Latino drivers engaged in similar conduct."
p. 6-7
"In one instance, HSU officers stopped and detained a Latino driver and Latino passengers for a human smuggling investigation because they 'appeared to be laying or leaning on top of each other' and 'appeared, disheveled, dirty, or stained clothing [sic].' However, MCSO pictures taken at the scene show neatly dressed passengers sitting comfortably in the rear of the vehicle."
In another instance, MCSO officers stopped a car carrying four Latino men, although the car was not violating any traffic laws. The MCSO officers ordered the men out of the car, zip-tied them, and made them sit on the curb for an hour before releasing all of them. The only reason given for the stop was that the men’s car 'was a little low,' which is not a criminal or traffic violation."
p. 9
"For example, an MCSO officer stopped a Latina woman–a citizen of the United States and five months pregnant at the time–as she pulled into her driveway. After she exited her car, the officer then insisted that she sit on the hood of the car. When she refused, the officer grabbed her arms, pulled them behind her back, and slammed her, stomach first, into the vehicle three times. He then dragged her to the patrol car and shoved her into the backseat. He left her in the patrol car for approximately 30 minutes without air conditioning. The MCSO officer ultimately issued a citation for failure to provide identification. This citation was later changed to failure to provide proof of insurance. The citation was resolved when the woman provided her proof of insurance to the local court."

Lopez –
As so often happens, I wrote a novel and decided on
sending a slogan. When I got to Los Angeles in 2008, I would later tell people
this in your county: “I knew I was in trouble when I saw the Capitol Records
building.”
I’m not the first person to go out to California with
everything and leave with nothing. Therefore, my catchy slogan is: “Nuke it, or
sell it to China.” Not related to Howard? Boeing sold you a malfunctioning bag
of bolts with that “missile shield,” and any competent air force could shoot
down your F-35 by the dozen.
You’ve been ripped off. Just thought I’d let you know.
You see, my name is on too many signs out there, and one of your deputies could
see the departing flights sign at LAX if she wanted to with me paying the air
fare to STL. There is much to discuss at my expense. Here, the cops won’t even help
find a formerly flirtatious female ex-cop. This sure isn’t like the movies, and
I’m not made out of money. The “mission,” should Deputy Girl accept it, is
simply to find out if two Hollywood producers are lying to me. If they are, I
suppose I’d be ticketed for sleeping on the beach.

Mr. Zott:
After more big fun on the #21, I have a
blunt statement for you. Your transit system is racist and I gather white
people are not supposed to ride on it. Did I mention the African-American pot
smoking bus driver who barked at me to sit down? Now, another African-American
bus driver has allowed a young black female to ride almost my entire journey
with no fare. Would you like me to try that with a “secret camera” on? The
doors would be thrown open and I’d be ordered off the bus.
Oh, there’s more from my weekly ride to
enrich Mr. Dierberg and the nation of India. On the way back with an injured
arm and plenty of deceased friends who would probably have given me a ride, I
was barked at once more by an African-American bus driver because my $8
Brazilian shoe was over the yellow line in front of your bus. Thank God someone
else rang early for the stop they like to pass up.
Your system is a mess like the rest of
USA under Mr. Trump. I’m not from Wales? I can prove that much, and I’m going
home but I seem incapable of shutting off the gene that wants to help. I’ve
used every kind of analogy to deaf ears like the battlefield medic who must
move on.
You could call and say you feel sorry
about my plight. I’d love to be in Europe bragging that I coined the term
“Trump Riot.” Are they having one in Phoenix? I’ll be sure to not watch on CNN
or any provider of “fake news.”

Senator
Chappelle-Nadal -
I
will keep it short by simply telling you that when a California park board
member in a wealthy area and a retired congressman from New Jersey write back,
there is something going on. Sad it is that “friends” don’t communicate much,
but that might be because they know that I could indeed put Lacy Clay in the
Trumpist private sector if I had enough money.
However,
I’m a modest guy when not boasting I could beat him, so maybe you would be
willing to disclose your intentions in 2018. I’d be happy to help, but I am not
a fundraiser, organizer, or political snake oil salesman. When I chart out a
position, it does not change. This business of the “walk back” and the “pivot”
makes me sick. I fought many bureaucratic battles as a state employee and won
them all, but not the final campaign to restore our jobs to “One Term Bob”
Holden’s budget.
Yes,
I inadvertently insulted Eugene McCarthy and talked to George McGovern for
about 45 minutes. Why I can’t play my tape of the latter is part of how I could
win against Clay. We apparently have a class of people in USA who think they
can do anything to you and get away with it. Did you say “police?” In Milwaukee
it reportedly takes gunshots to even get them dispatched if you are black and
poor. This will not change due to endorsing Bison.
Need
a slogan? “You’ve been buffaloed.”

Doctor, Doctor
TO: New York
City Physicians
I hope we can
talk about mental health system issues and the pandemic of drug abuse I’ve seen
from too close a distance. This makes even a liberal like me alter my opinion
of the “Gated Community.” What I have observed I am starting to call simply “The
Disease” (As with a mental disorder). People afflicted with “The Disease”
behave like this, especially when you question official government statements
or reports:
Symptom One: They immediately want to argue absurdly e.g. “Oranges
are green.” You can say, “Oranges are orange” all day, yet they remain
unconvinced. (See Trump flip-flop & “walk back” video for more examples).
Symptom Two: They immediately start lying. (Often this is related
to drug abuse, but not always). The “patient” can be caught telling falsehoods,
yet remains unfazed, and continues lying until he finds someone in agreement. (The
American Psychiatric Association has long called this “psychotic,” but no one
seems to care these days).
Symptom Three: They invert what was just said. For example, if I
say, “I’m taking the bus to my doctor,” they say, “The subway sucks” and continue
to perseverate on what you did not say or mean. I might say, “I like the
Yankees” and they will insist the Mets are winning the World Series. They
cannot stay on the topic, no matter how simplistic the subject. I have overused
this phrase for too long: “I did not say that,” but the afflicted hear what
they want to hear, like when George W. Bush had his bullhorn at the WTC ruins. Later,
in 2009, I heard West Coast mobsters mumble things like, “The rubble the Port
Authority carted away was not from the building.”
With the way all
government agencies ignore this author’s FOIA requests, I do wonder why so many
“red herrings” were swimming in a California man-made creek behind the Goebel
Senior Adult Center. Notable exceptions to the FOIA trouble were NASA and CIA.
As we said in a Catholic high school during the early 1970’s, “Go figure.”
