PSA
never
acquired
the
Cessna
but
was
observing
some
other
aircraft
that
was
unknown
or
unseen
by
ATC.
Even
the
Eajority
concedes
this
point
since
they
state
(p.
26).
the
question
arises
as
to
whether
the
flightcrew
was
referring
to
it
/
the
Cessna
/
when
they
called
'traffic
in
sight."
