Off course? Malfunction?
The
political ad problem with Commander Hughes, Rachel, Jill and Eva as the four
astronauts? With borrowed orange spacesuits? I happened so see a “secret” and
supposedly smuggled video of the “heads up” shuttle display that makes it easy
to land. Problem? Rachel cannot get the gear down, and out comes the
outrageously expensive Hughes hammer as we descend. The fake NASA voices are just
about open for audition as they calmly explain the malfunction, heat tile
destruction, belly flop, and skid to stop on the big screen Hollywood Apple
computer I was briefed on. Then, we argue out front of a smoking shuttle to
wit: “They can’t blame me! It’s her job to lower the gear!” What would it have
to do with Missouri? Nothing, except maybe a vicious voice-over about how all
of the aerospace work went to other states thanks to lions of the Senate like
Kit Bond and Jim Talent.
Later,
William
Hughes
